Garfield is a song that we wrote the day before recording our first 9 songs at Rob Mcgregor's Goldentone Studios. We really only practiced it once and then just laid it down in like one take. We called it Garfield because our original recording was loaded with Garfield the cartoon samples. This explains our later references to Lorenzo Music as well.
